Allow our Property Manager to help arrange your vacation fun, including: fishing or boating excursions, dive and snorkel trips, massages, personal chef or pantry stocking and more.
Payment
Additional expenses incurred during the stay will be invoiced and final bill settlement is due prior to check-out. Final payment via Wire Transfer or Check preferred.
Sprinter Van Rental with Driver
Tatutina’s 10-passenger Sprinter Van is available for airport transfers as well as guest rentals for an evening out, driving to local markets or other activities.
Housekeeping
All linens are provided including pool towels. Cleaning services are completed upon check-out. For multiple-week rentals, linen service is done on Saturday mornings. If guest turn-over is mid-week, cleaning and linen service may be arranged. Enhanced safety and cleaning practices are employed to maintain the safety of all guests and staff.
Pantry Stocking
Grocery provisions may be purchased and delivered to the property in advance of your arrival or during your stay as needed. The availability of food and beverage items changes frequently and provisioning depends upon what is available at the time of service.
Check-In / Check Out
Generally, check-in time is after 4:00PM and check-out time is before 10:00AM. Typical rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday.

Infinity Pool
The pool is located on the harbour-side of the property. Fresh pool towels are provided daily beginning at 8:00AM. Glassware is not permitted at the pool for all guests’ safety. Plastic stemware and drinking glasses are located in the kitchens and at the Pavilion
Dock
Newly built dock provides multiple boat slips and offers metered electric, metered water, and bagged ice. The Dock House provides access to a guest freezer, fish cleaning station, dive tank refills and more.

By Air
Guests arriving by commercial flights will land at Leonard M. Thompson International Airport (MHH), located in Marsh Harbour, Abaco Island. American Airlines, Silver Airways, Delta, and BahamasAir typically fly into MHH. Private flights may also use Cherokee Aviation, the FBO located at the airport. Flights from Florida take roughly an hour; flights from Nassau are a little more than 30 minutes.
By Boat
Guests arriving by boat must clear Customs and Immigration at the nearest Port of Entry and should have all required forms and documents prepared to present upon arrival.

Taxi Service at Airport
Taxis are generally available at the airport without advance notice. Vehicles are typically in a queue out front.
Tatutina Sprinter Van
Tatutina offers guest rental of a 10-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van. One complimentary airport transfer provided per week. Additional rental is charged an hourly rate, with a 2-hour minimum for each instance.

Yes, all linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided for guests, with fresh pool towels placed out each morning. If additional mid-week cleaning services are desired, please make arrangements through our Concierge Services staff.
There are multiple grocery stores (Maxwell’s Supermarket, Abaco Groceries), a liquor store, hardware store and gas stations throughout the island. Pantry stocking may be arranged through our Concierge Service prior to guest arrival. Food and beverages would be delivered and placed in the Gathering House main kitchen area prior to check-in.
There are several rental car companies located either at the airport or throughout the island. Golf carts are not commonly used in the Marsh Harbour community on Abaco Island compared to other Bahamian locations. Many guests choose to utilize Tatutina’s 10-passenger Sprinter Van and driver to get around the island; rental options and pricing available upon request. One complimentary airport transfer (either pick-up or drop-off) is included per week.
The Leonard M. Thompson International Airport, formerly known as The Marsh Harbour International airport, serves Marsh Harbour, Abaco Island. The airport code is MHH or MYAM. Flights generally arrive from Florida or daily from Nassau, Bahamas. Taxis are regularly available in the queue out front, rental vehicles may be reserved for pick-up at the airport, or the Tatutina 10-passenger Sprinter Van may be arranged in advance.
Toilet paper, hand soap and bath gels are provided. All other paper or cleaning products (i.e. paper towels, tissues, dish soap, detergent) must be procured by the guest. Pantry stocking in advance of arrival is available.
The Ferry at the Crossing, located in Marsh Harbour, offers various trips and schedules depending upon the time of year.
Yes, the newly constructed dock can accommodate up to a 100’ and 70’ boat, and also offers metered electric (50-amp service), metered water, and bagged ice; all charged based upon consumption. The Dock House offers access to a freezer and storage area for guests near to the Fish Cleaning Station on the dock. Dockage fees apply.
Tahiti Beach, No Name Cay to visit the swimming pigs, Hope Town lighthouse are all fun places to visit while you are sightseeing, snorkeling/diving or fishing. Firefly Sunset Resort,
Nippers on Guana Cay, The Abaco Inn on Elbow Cay, Hope Town Inn & Marin, Green Turtle Club on Green Turtle Cay, and many other dining establishments are accessible via boat.
Colours is across the harbour, only a short drive from Villa Tatutina. Pete’s Pub is also within driving distance, a beachside bar serving food on the beach at Little Harbour. The Abaco Beach Resort is near the property and offers either The Bistro or Pool Bar & Terrace at Marinaville.
Yes, Mermaid Beach is approximately 300 yards walking distance from Villa Tatutina. There is a beautiful reef which makes for a great day of snorkeling in this astoundingly clear water.

Once in a Lifetime
“I have stayed at Tatutina twice now; May 2018 and February 2019. The property is absolutely stunning! The sunrises are almost indescribable, colors you could only imagine.
