Groups
Groups have exclusive use of the property during their rental, as each reservation includes access to all 6 guest structures and several supporting buildings.
Shared Villa
There is a shared villa for dining and entertainment and up to 4 private guest villas for lodging which are situated around a courtyard with fountain and cascading bougainvillea over a beautifully lighted arbor.
Entertainment
The outdoor pool and pavilion offer a relaxing and fun outdoor entertainment area.

“Throughout our stay at Villa Tatutina, we made unforgettable memories especially during our local fishing charter excursions. The waters surrounding Abaco Island are teeming with fish, and our guide knew exactly where to go to find the best catches. Whether we were wading in the shallows or casting from the boat, every moment was filled with excitement and anticipation as we reeled in Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Red Snapper, Hogfish, Blackfin Tuna, Bonefish, Grouper, Turtles, Sharks, Marlin and Mutton fish. And at the end of the day, coming back to the comfort of Villa Tatutina was the perfect way to relax and unwind. I can’t wait to come back and do it all again!”

Once in a Lifetime
“I have stayed at Tatutina twice now; May 2018 and February 2019. The property is absolutely stunning! The sunrises are almost indescribable, colors you could only imagine. And the fishing is fantastic, catching mahi mahi, grouper, red snapper and wahoo. Truly a once (in my case twice) in a lifetime experience.”

Paradise! Your Own Little Resort!
“When we first arrived at the property we knew we landed in Paradise. The grounds on the property were amazing and the different buildings, which we called our houses, were exactly what we thought they would be. The pool area was huge and great for all. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for evening meals. The dock for our boat was great. I just can’t say enough about the property!”

The modern dock at Villa Tatutina offers guests many options for yachts, boats and watercraft. It may accommodate up to a 100 ft boat as well as a 70 ft boat, offering a draft of approximately 6 ft.
Pool & Pavillion
Villa Tatutina offers the ultimate in outdoor entertaining. The towering pool pavilion includes a covered area for lounging with upholstered furniture, a full outdoor kitchen and a full bath.
Gathering House
Villa Tatutina’s Main Villa is designed for entertaining guests in a formal or informal setting. It features a beautifully furnished great room with fully equipped entertainment center, a dining room with granite buffet, and open spaces surrounded by custom designed cut glass windows from floor to ceiling.
