Dock & Harbour

The modern dock at Villa Tatutina offers guests many options for yachts, boats and watercraft. It may accommodate up to a 100 ft boat as well as a 70 ft boat, offering a draft of approximately 6 ft.

Power pedestals offer two 50-amp hook-ups for metered electric in addition to the metered water connections. The pedestal closest to the T at the end of the Dock offers two 50-amp.

The Dock House provides storage space for guests along with access to a freezer and bagged ice. A fish cleaning station is positioned at the end of the dock overlooking harbour views.

Harbour views both day and night are mesmerizing at this lovely estate. Relax in a hammock waterside by the Gear House or lounge at one of the many secluded places designed to allow gazing upon the peaceful harbour setting. Lights from the dock, boats anchored in the harbour and across the water in the town of Marsh Harbour combine to create a quiet festiveness.
